Hello, I’m Sarah Morgan — a mum of two, a fully qualified primary school teacher, and the founder and franchisor of Little Story Shapers, a unique children franchise built around creativity, storytelling, and imaginative play.
With over 12 years of experience teaching children from Reception to Year 6, alongside a Master’s degree in Drama, I’ve spent my career exploring how creativity and learning can come together in meaningful ways. These two passions inspired me to create something truly special: Little Story Shapers — a magical baby and toddler class franchise where stories come alive and young imaginations are free to flourish.
From the very beginning, my goal has been simple: to inspire little ones through magical, imaginative play while nurturing a lifelong love of stories and reading. By blending my teaching expertise with drama, each class offers a joyful, educational experience that supports early development and makes Little Story Shapers a truly family-friendly franchise.
Where It All Began
Little Story Shapers started in the most humble way — with just one class in a village hall on a Monday morning. My mum brought along my six-month-old daughter, and most of the children in the room were friends and family!
Fast forward seven years, and Little Story Shapers has grown beyond anything I could have imagined. Today, we run a full timetable of classes across three locations, supporting over 150 families every week and growing steadily as a leading children franchise.
The idea itself was born during those quiet, late-night moments of motherhood. While breastfeeding my daughter in the middle of the night, I dreamed up a way to make drama accessible for under-fives by using storybooks as the heart of each session. I wanted to create a space where children could step inside stories, bring them to life, and experience the magic of imaginative play — the foundation of our baby and toddler class franchise.
